About Me

Thank you for visiting my website, I would love to share my passion for baking with you. My journey began at a young age. My favorite place to play as a toddler was in the kitchen. I didn’t require toys, only pots and pans and I’ve never looked back. Fast forward to my childhood when I baked to bring joy to others. Whatever the occasion, I arrived with a sweet treat. My dad’s favorite pie was Mile High Apple Pie. I treasure the memory of his smile and look of pure delight with every bite.

I’ve traveled the globe living in 4 countries while sharing my American favorite recipes with locals, in turn learning their culture and basking in their special ingredients and tools required to make it. In 2010 my husband and I moved to France. For 3 years, I savored every moment. I was accepted into Le Cordon Bleu Paris where “Qui Chef” was engrained in my mind and vocabulary for several months.I walked the halls of the Great Julia Child where the dedication to hard work, perseverance and the will to survive a verbal tongue-lashing in French was a daily occurrence. These fundamentals taught me to perfect every recipe, use only the finest ingredients, and if it didn’t look good, it wasn’t.

I’ve shared my love of French pastries with everyone and it continues to this day. Please indulge in my cupcakes, I offer only the finest ingredients, organic where available adorned with beautifully themed floral accents. The perfect petal begins with patience, and continues with practice and the discipline to succeed. I offer gluten-free and you can be the judge to see if it measures up. My only wish is to bring smiles and the greatest gift I would like to receive is “more please!”
