Gluten-free cupcakes are cupcakes made without gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. We use a Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour. GF flours are made with ingredients like almond flour, coconut flour, or gluten-free flour blends instead of regular wheat flour. 

Gluten-free cupcakes are safe for people with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or those who choose a gluten-free lifestyle. To be legally labeled as gluten-free, a cake must contain 20 parts per million (ppm) or less of gluten. 
 

With our gluten-free flour blend, we also use all organic ingredients where available. You choose your choice of cake flavor in vanilla bean in white or yellow cake, decadent chocolate, red velvet, or lemon decorated with American Buttercream in vanilla bean and lemon. Also available in Seasonal Flavors for an additional cost.
 

A minimum order of 1 dozen gluten-free cupcakes is required.
