Service Description

Savory French pastry dough (pate de brissee). We create 2 recipes, a timeless Galette filled with the fruits of the season and a special ingredient that is a game changer. This pastry crust is easy with 4 ingredients, universal, and can be used for any pie shell or savory tart. You take home what you created! Lunch is served with white wine, Quiche Lorraine and all the French compliments. $80 per person, 4 person max.
